Everyone has stress, it is hard to avoid stressful situations. We can focus on healthy ways to cope with stress. This may help to prevent your blood pressure from going too high. Balance your life to avoid getting easily stressed out. You can do this by getting enough sleep, slowing down during the day, getting organized. Daily physical activity, talking with family and friends. Practice positive self talk, Changing your thoughts from "I can't.... to "I can and I will". You can cope with stress by counting to 10 before you speak, or by taking thee to five deep breaths. Break down large problems into smaller problems, smile more often.
